Awesome, so most of the fanatical stories that were posted last week were total BS. The media for the most part did a great job lieing to us, what a shame.
Good to know that Sony did in some sort encrypted our passwords.
They are referring to the same intrusion that took down the PSN. Because they think that same event have also left their servers vunurable. This is not a different attack.
Yeah..... We are starting to grasp at straws here.
Sony apologized and are going to roll out a comfort program. Let's move on now.
Now lets all bow to Sony, they did a great job on this one.
I like your version better, short, to the point and correct. Bubs my friend.
The people that did this have no idea what they were doing, at least the scope of it.
You hacked the info of 77 million people and you dont stop and think that maybe the higher authorities you come looking for you...really?
It's not butthurt, this is what happens when you make something people dont want, or you price something too high. Nintendo is in a position where they priced the product too high and they are selling it to people that dont want it or end up not liking it. It seems that it's really hit or miss with the 3DS, it's not turning out to be "the must have" like the DS was/is.
Currently 3DS sales are looking to fall below PS2's weekly sales or just hover abo...
Right on brother.
Other than some animation issues evident in this video, i dont see any real reason why not to buy this game. Been waiting for it for over a year now.
Too bad you got hung up on that and totally missed the point of the video.
Anger, what name so?
More like sick, cynical, raging lunatic, you got a problem with that?
Hell yeah Hiphop spitting the truth, some people can't handle the truth. Some people think its legit to blame the victims of a crime.
Like you said tho HHG in closing, sometimes it takes a catastrophe to change things for the better. PSN and its gamers will rise like a Phoenix.
@Logicwins
use your brain for 1 second, if i made no sense then get your mom to read what i wrote to you out loud, maybe that will help.
And im not your bro.
The irony of Anonymous escapes even themselves.
OOH please if you want to make someone laugh try harder next time. This was not even remotely funny.
All you did was take the within a week statement and added a date to it. The PSN will be up before that date. So by the next 2-3 days.
It is ridiculous, but one thing your example have in common are hackers, there was no way in hell DOS attack would make Sony beef up their security.
A dosa is different than a hack of this magnitude.
Also the entire world knows by now that anon would not have done such a thing as far reaching as this, they care more about being seen in good light than to go out and bring down the PSN and steal gamers info.
So dont forget who did this, the point is some of you ...
All hackers do is cause problems for everybody, they are against all things good in this industry. I really want to see someone come out and support them after all that went down...
Only a dumb-ass will come up with a number that big, Sony will only assist those affected financially.
Everybody else that just lost service will not get anything more than a free avatar, or movie rental. This will cost Sony less than 20M.
@B-one
This is a great law actully, companies need to be checked on these issue. One thing that I noticed during all of this is that no one is really blaming the hackers or at least trying to pass laws to limit their ability to attack company servers.
The hackers need to be punished by law also is basically what I'm saying.
