Honesty from the fallout fanboys for once.
Good, because most "hardcore" gamers need stories in videogames (lol) for it to interest them.
That only tells me Zelda games aren't becaming movies any time soon. 7_7
I didn't care that you didn't care when I made that post, and I still don't.
And how am I to get a kick out of idiots' posts on this site if I have them on Ignore? To me, posts need to be seen no matter how stupid or opinioned they are. As such. 7_7
Just another example of open zone trash finding it's way to the Wii section's gamer zone.
-------------------
I basically said what does your "experience" have to do with anything. That implies I read your post.
However, there is nothing that shows you read my post.
So. Because you felt you was called an "un-original thinker", that gives you the right to bring up your "experience" with some Wii owners? Sad. In this situatio...
Not that argument AGAIN....
I can say something similar like "Most HD gamers I see are kids and teens who only play games with blood in them, so most HD gamers must be like that.".. Now do you see how unfair it was to judge Wii owners (oh, of course you see NOW.) by what you've seen?
"yeah thats y Heavy Rains on the PS3" Yes indeed. It's originally terrible as a game (come on, 5% gameplay?), it's doing good as a movie though.
BTW: "I...
Yes it is.
1) You just said you have a ps3 bias.
2) You want it to flop in the states because it's not a ps3/psp title.
3) Your fanboyish rant had nothing to do with PhilipLarkin's post, but you just had to make it a reply so your rant can get some attention.
The Gamer Zone Posting Guidelines says "leave your fanboyism at the door please", follow the rules and do as it says. 7_7
Do you know how powerful the Wii is compared to the gamecube?
I'm guessing you don't. If you did, you wouldn't have posted something so ignorant and misinformed.
But I guess it's ok to copy the fanboy posts on this site, than use them as your own. But don't worry, you're not alone. 90% of the Sony & MS fanboys (who somehow find their way to the Wii section) do the same in this section. 7_7
Right, like the "decline" analysts talked about last year? I wonder what Wii's december numbers were again. Pretty much, for a console that had it's "bubble bursted". 7_7
When did casual games become a bad thing? Anyone remember the Mario Party games on the N64? Nowadays, they would be considered casual games (even though they took skill to finish). As far as I see, casual gaming only became bad when th Wii came out. Not one d*mn soul is going to bring up the casual/kiddy games on the PS2. But now it's suddenly a problem. 7_7
7o7 ..................... What the Fock?
I like the point you made about Heavy Rain. Which I'd like to say something about the game and people hyping it.
--------
I see people hyping this movie and saying things like it should get Game of the Year. This is odd because I struggle to find real gameplay of this game, all I see is a cut scene longer than it needs to be.
The funny thing about this is, these are the same "gamers" calling games like Wiisports gimmicks. Even though WiiSports has (real) gam...
And women and children are invalid gamers? I wonder what the ps1/N64 user base consisted of? A bunch of teenagers looking for a blood fix, same goes for the last generation of gamers. 7_7
WHHHAT!? 7o7
1) Did the games I listed have "mario" in their names? No.
2) Are the games I listed third party games? Yes.
3) Are the games I listed M rated? Yes.
Your point? 7_7
WTF, "like all Wii games, it probably won't sell". Are you kidding? Someone doesn't know the sales for Mario Kart, lol.
But being that I'm such an understanding person, I'll correct what you probably ment to say and then address it. What you probably ment to say was "like most M rated titles". My reply to that is quite simple: Please look at RE4, Umbrella Chronicles, most of the CoD games for the Wii, House of the Dead 2 and 3's sales.
All the gam...
The Wii is getting another poorly marketed rail-shooter that will be used to find out just how many "core" Wii owners there are.
If it flops, the devs (and the fanboys of this site) will go on for a month about how Wii owners don't buy "core" titles.
If it sales a million or over, the fanboys of this site will ignore the title and continue stating that "Wii owners don't buy "core" titles". As for the devs, they'll exploit the fact tha...
And what "reaction" would this be? I basically said I knew they would take this step. So what "reaction" is there to be amused by?
Then again, you always use to reply to posts without really reading them. So I shouldn't act like this is something new for you. 7_7
......WTF, are you a dev or something?
Anyway, I find it funny how us Wii owners "don't support third games", yet HD dev are going back to the iphone (or face bankruptcy) left and right.
The funny thing is I knew HVS would take this step. They (as indie devs) expected monster sales (they even went as far as expecting GotY status for The Conduit) from an extremely low budget game, perhaps they (much like sega) blame the Wii audience for their low budget game not br...
If this game is advertised the same way they "advertised" the conduit, it is bound to flop on the HD twins just as much as it would on the Wii.
Thus proving "mature content" will flop no matter what the platform is.
But hey. What's the point in that? As long as a fanboy has an a$$, there's always the next argument about the be spewed. 7_7
Well you see, here is the thing about that.
1) We are not getting a Zelda title every one to two years (like Halo).
2) Who told you Nintendo is going to release a new console next year?
3) What makes you think we are going to get a new Zelda title in the same year Nintendo releases their new console?
Don't get me wrong. You have a good point, it's just not a good enough point to want a title pushed. 7_7
To them, gaming started with Sony and it will end with Sony. 7_7
