The gameplay doesn't need 60fps at all, why force it to 60fps when you can make it much more shiny instead? They are aiming for a "cinematic experience", 60fps is a must in other genres ...don't forget that The Last Of Us is GOTY without 60fps.
Yes and if you have a widescreen TV/projector you're in for a real treat. Otherwise there will be black bars which might annoy some people ...but it just takes a bit to get used to.

This game was a must-have after the first trailer for me. You can see that they are creating something very special with this. I just hope they'll be able to fulfill our expectations since it's much more ambitious than their previous projects.
It's more or less the same for me. Looking back, my most favourite games of the past generation were PS3 exclusives. inFamous belongs to them :)
For this type of game it's "graphics > framerate" so I'm okay with that, at least it's 1080p.

I'm somehow okay with them because developers use them to get familiar with the new hardware. It's also good for people who didn't play those games before. I for one won't pay twice for the same game though ...I'm glad that Sony has cross-buy so I was able to download the PS4 versions of Flower, Sound Shapes and flOw for free.
Good to see Kojima taking advantage of the hardware.
I honestly don't think more than 20% of Xbox owners know about Disgaea.
I hope they make a next-gen Disgaea though.

It really is PS4's first system seller.
And keep in mind that they're working on a sequel as we speak. Can't recommend this game enough, it's one of the best local multiplayer games on PS3.
Spent so many hours playing this with friends in local multiplayer.
^Same situation for me. And to be completely honest, I wouldn't mind missing out on Titanfall. It's rather a "good-to-have" than a "must-have" for me.
