So now Rime won't release on Xbox at all due to the parity clause?
Every company seems like a better company for this console war than Microsoft.
I hope Amazon or Steam take their place.
Yessss I need my RPG fix >.>
It's about game support and developers would still be competing against each other in a 1-console-domination so your argument makes no sense. I would rather say that we would get better games if devs could focus on 1 platform, just look at all the great PS2 exclusives.
More focus on PS4 is better for me =)
I'm not sure whether Sony would even sell a game with ingame ads in their store.
So why was it delayed? Didn't they talk about "exciting business opportunities"?
The X360 also had price and release date as huge advantages. PS3 only caught up thanks to first party system sellers. Now PS4 has all those factors combined so how can anyone think that the X1 will even come close to PS4 numbers?!
One must be an idiot to believe that X1 can sell as much as the PS4 without the advantages the X360 had last gen. Playstation is just the stronger brand within the gaming community as can be seen by a simple comparison of social media stats:
Playstation Facebook: 36 million likes
Xbox Facebook: 23 million likes
Playstation Youtube:
Videoklicks: 348.737.733
Xbox Youtube
609.511 followers
Well it's their own fault, the later such games come to PS4 the lower my interest for them becomes. Now is the perfect chance for success as there isn't that much competition in the PSN store, I probably would have bought it right now but I don't know whether I'll buy it in 2 months.
I don't think anyone was "excited" to play this. Looks like a fun game but also like one I can live without.
Yes please, I want to see this but it's region locked on Amazon.com -.-
PS4 = Frieza

God Of War? MAG 2? GT7 (Prologue)?
Hmmm ...
The press got 40min, noone said that we'll get that much. I'd like to see more too but I agree with Palitera - let them polish the game first before showing off too much.
Well Sony for instance is doing business in more than 30 countries ...maintaining 30+ warehouses is by far more expensive than giving retailers a share of the pie. Also I think that the hardware needs to be on store shelves somewhere to show it off.
I agree with your last sentence but the first one doesn't make sense. You can't have warehouses everywhere so retailers are a good way to distribute your games. BUT I for one want to see Gamestop being replaced by Amazon and other online retailers.
Finally Microsoft is doing something right. THIS is the kind of competiition the industry needs ...not a competition where money is being invested in timed exclusives or even exclusive game modes (as seen with PvZ: Garden Warfare).
Ohhh ok I didn't even know that, thanks.
