Do you know you can enter every building in Crackdown 3 and destroy it..
Sony doesn't have the money to pull this off...PSN runs on a 3rd party OpenStack servers which is not owned by Sony.
Paying them to do all this extra cloud computing for one game will cost them a lot..This why Mark Cerny was downplaying MS Azure cloud technology..
MS has their own server farms like Apple,Amazon and Google..They can do all this but not Sony i think.. Sony has like around 13billion cash compared to 98 billion of MS right now...

PES is still 1080p60 on Xbox as it's just a sports game whereas MGSV is a open world game...
Sunset and Ryse both were 900p and both looked great..900p on a 1080p monitor looks great thanks to upscaler in consoles...
Difference between 900p and 1080p is not that huge..I played GZ on PC on a 900p resolution max setiings monitor first and then on a 1080p max monitor..I was not able to spot any difference..
Both look identical..As long as frame-rate is locked at 60 on Xbox, there shouldn't be any major problem no matter which version you play..
On a big ass TV you will never notice any major difference as both consoles comes with upscalers..

AC UNITY ON ULTRA ON PC looks better..I can prove it.
UC4 looks better but i prefer less over the top chaotic gameplay of ROTR more..I really liked Siberian forest demo of ROTR..It was not as linear or scripted like UC4 demo full of COD style action stuff...
UC games are forgettable roller coaster rides like COD games for me.I prefer TLOU style games over UC.
Though original 2013 TR had few set piece moments like UC but overall design was lot like Arkham Asylum, where you get gadgets nd all to open closed off ar...
Both are stunning looking games but UC4 is on a much powerful platform than TR..
UC4 is on PS4, which is more powerful than Xbox..So, obviously it will look better, but TR haters or Psfanboys, who are upset coz TR is not on PS4 will ignore this and start sucking ND's dick and turn this into console war..lol
All PS4 exclusives games look better than Xbox exclusives coz PS4 is more powerful..
UC4 looked better as it's on a much powerful platform..Gameplay wise i prefer TR over UC.
I don't like over the top nature of UC games plus i hate gunplay in UC series...UC games are fun to watch but not fun to play..I hate these COD style summer blockbuster movies like games...Which game is better is subjective, some like UC more and some TR..No need to fight.
I like TR for freedom and exploration it allows plus platforming and gunplay i like in TR m...
ID@ XBOX allows self publishing as well...

Chris Charla clearly said that we don't charge for ID@XBOX games & provide free updates and dev kits..Devs just have to contact ID@XBOX team and sign the contract which requires them to add minor content update to Xbox version of the game.

Sony doesn't have their own Data Centers like MS, Amazon and Google..They rely on 3rd party servers for PSN stuff like Amazon servers and OpenStack...They have to pay 3rd party company lot money to enable such infrastructure for a one game. Don't think they can afford to it. Only PS division is profitable rest are under losses.
MS Azure server farms are in over 140 countries..They have more money plus all infrastructure in place for all this.
