well just finished it, TLL's final chapter was probably one of if not the best sequence in any uncharted, it was incredible.
I am really tempted to put TLL as my first right now (just reqched chapter 7, not gonna spoil anything other than awesome). But because i havent finished it yet 4 is currently my #1. Still need to think about which is better more though

I am amazed by this game! (Some spoilers if you went to the game blindly) Just finished chapter 4 which is the open world chapter, and i decided to search the map by myself without the game telling me where to go by not going to the tower in the middle which pretty much reveals to you where to go, just so that when i finished everything on the map i went there to see if there was special dialouge:

also NPD is us so it doesn't have much to do with it. my guess is that it'll be close but xbox edges out on november by a little. ps4 would wreck it afterwards though.
i vote for 2. if it would have been 1 then also playstation us would have teased it and would 3 be such an important thing?
i think if it does exist you would only hear about it at E3 because R* are releasing RDR2 in spring and they don't want to distract gamers from it with another game.
