You can play all ME games on a 360. PS3 owners would need a 360 or PC to play them all. You can also use game saves. Kinect with ME3 is a cool feature, everyone who tries it uses it.
Metal Gear is better on a PS3

I still have saves from Mass Effect 1&2 and they carry over. 360 owners don't need 2 gaming platforms to get the full Mass Effect experience. Kinect voice is an added bonus no other platform gets.
You can't do that with a PS3 so it's not the same.
