SFV is the best gameplay, SF4 had 1-frame links and plinking while SFV has 2-3 frame links that gives you the chance to do BnB combos unlike SF4. While in SF3 was all parries pain.

Exclusivity has nothing to do with the failure beside PS4 sold more than X1 and there are PS4 exclusives doing better than multiplats.
The reason of SFV's failure was because of the lack of content especially Arcade Mode, and this is what Ono(SFV and SF4 and SF producer) and CEO of Capcom have admitted.
SFV gameplay is the best.
Also SFV's failure, just to reply you at your another post, has nothing to do with exclusivity and without Sony funding yeah there would have been no SFV at all whether they are no.1 or not.

All I can see is a complete edition like Komplete Edition with MK or Goty edition like with Arkham games.
