Sony is indeed giving a chance for those who despises the FPS of this generation (on a generation that it's based on FPS) giving unique and new IP's such as Infamous, Demon Souls, Uncharted, Little Big Planet, WKC, Last Guardian, Ni no Kuni, Flower that has great narrative and story ( Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain and Heavenly Sword for an example ).
