This new EA is great. Definitely getting Dead Space (renting it anyway, gotta save up for my ps3!).
This is a partnership for one game. It's not like gears is suddenly owned by EA.
Ps3 outsells 360 and the wii destroys all. Nothing new here.

Some people prefer playing on a console. MS should do what they do with Halo for Gears and not release it until like 3 years later.
I never thought about it that way because my Gold subscription lasts until December. +bubbles :)

It wouldn't even be a PS3 exclusive anyway, as it plays on Windows/Mac.

Delays are the reason their lineup is so strong anyway lol. MGS4, KZ2, etc.
Stop comparing Gears 2 and R2 like that. Gears would be crap with 60 players and R2 would be crap with only 10 players. Same with co-op.
In fact, everyone should stop comparing the two, the only thing they have in common is a November release day.
Also... Gears 2 will be a major improvement over Gears 1. Better graphics (yes they're better), a more refined cover system, fixing every single problem that Gears 1 MP had, etc.
