This information is false, it's spanish news and there seems to have been misscommunication somewhere, like a whisper a message game
Just like how a game (forgot which one was it) a while ago showed a trailer with "gameplay" but it wasn't. It's unethical and breaks consumer rights by deception and omission.

I got a physical verison already, I'm in the Netherlands
Edit: it turns out to be an import that I got from a local shop here but the letters on the back are in english and it has japanese and english voice acting and english subtitles
As a solo player, the switch is great for me, it fits well on my hands and easy to use for hours
