I watch it , but mostly just his reviews , since he is usually right. But I dont watch his annoying rants, when he is obviously wrong

Nope, your only right is to play a game.Also only nintendo can decide if your channel is popular enough for advertising their game.
It is not their right to control someone. But they do have a right to delete videos of their games , which could damage the sales.
