That game is universally understood to be one of the worst games in the series. Sitting right there next to survivor and gaiden. Look up any review for it ever
The joke is the characters arn't even anyone relevant. They are literally nameless, faceless jerks shooting each other... I'm so mad about this..

Amazing that it's free for those who got the 360 version, but if you didn't this is SO worth it
