Seems like a cpu bottle neck. Overloading by having too much A.I.(mainly path finding algorithms aka blight town). Maybe having more cores will reduce this issue. Dx12 should remove this communication slow allowing better communication between gpu,ram, memory allocations.
Why not upgrade to a gpu with asynchronous compute?
Seems like the R9 Fury X is being held back being paired with the 980 Ti. It also seems as if all the benches scale better off the first card and the 2nd gpu hold it back if it can't run in parallel with the 1st gpu. The only bench(1440p) that brakes this would be the crazy settings were the 980 ti gains from it. Really odd if you ask me(possibly a driver issue), but if they paired two of the same gpus I'd bet the Fury x CF would win hands down.

This person doesn't know that they make different mechanical switches. Yes they do make switches that make click; those are blue switches. Mechanical keyboards are great to type on and give the user more options in terms of switchers and rgb lights. I own a ducky shine 3 with blue clack clack crap switches that this uneducated reviewer thinks is bad. Buy mechanical switch board to see what type of switchers you like then buy and enjoy.

Maybe twitch will upgrade their servers and video player to allow higher bitrate streaming and a better decoder for its users. Competition is welcomed. Now Twitch will have to do play leapfrog with google to stay relevant and more user friendly; instead of shutting down new users that want to stream their content.
Or you could go with amd and just do 2 way crossfire for half the price and still get good performance.

I wouldn't count on hairworks. It has a bad performance track record and looks meh in most of it tech demos and games. If you're looking for realistic hair physics, I'd look toward AMDs TressFX. Unlike hairworks it can run on both amd and nvidia gpus. I'd rather have something that works with everything. Not just nvidias hardware.
Forget Hairworks. TressFX runs better and is optimized for consoles.

Getting a solid 50-63fps when locked at 63fps on a r9 290x/8350 4.7ghz high/ultra settings 1080p. Saddly my 760/4970 rig runs bad. Just waiting for amd's drivers to see if those make any difference.
I get 50-60 fps with 8350 4.7ghz and r9 290x 8gb at 1440p ultra and a solid 60fps with 1080p. These idiots are running hairworks just to make the amd cards look bad. IMHO hair works is junk and shouldn't even be in the game.
AMD is about to release the r9 390x and its rumored to have 3 DP and 1 HDMI 2.0 port. You should look it up. besides VSR (virtual super resolution) from AMD scales better than Nvidia's DSR(dynamic super resolution).
yeah all those re-skinned bosses... they even ran out of ideas for a boss so they just took one dlc boss from the beginning of the dlc and put two of them in one fight for another in the same dlc.
