Im not saying the Wii U is going to be bad or anything, just don't forget that it is in the best interest of any dev that plans on developing for the Wii U (Or any console) to say that the console is good.
It would be pretty stupid for them to say "Yeah it's crap, but buy it anyway so we can have your cash!".

Apparently Capcom must have realised that the devs they had at the helm when the series was in still in its prime have all jumped ship, and there now complete and total lack of competence forced them to outsource the franchise, unfortunately for the hardcore fans and everyone else involved they chose Ninja theory...

Yes, and we hate DmC for every bloody relevant reason. Look you can't just come in and rewrite a whole franchise that's already 4 games into a unfinished story, with many questions left unanswered and decide to start over, if you do so then you best expect some unwanted but well deserved backlash, and that's what Capcom and NT are getting.

ZombiU is looking pretty awesome! I'm actually looking forward the wii U now, just maybe it will bring something new that adds that extra layer of emersion.

Anyway my comment was far from "complaining" and I'm fully aware that the character roster is incomplete, I was only listing a few characters I hope they include and felt they should have used in the original roster reveal.
Its just my opinion, sorry for the misunderstanding.
The problem for me is, the game is about 10 years late... a lot of the best characters have come and gone and apparently are forgotten too.
Also I'd add Z.O.E's Jehuty to the list too, that would make a interesting character to play as although I'd imagine there mite be some balancing issues lol.
I know I'm going to get a lot of disagrees for this, but the line up is a little lackluster IMO.
No Lara croft, Cloud Strife or any FF characters, no Solid Snake or Big Boss, Crash bandicoot or Spyro, they're using the new design of Dante too that's hated by many of the DMC core fanbase, no Tekken characters no Megaman X or Zero, seriously surprised that they didn't include Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine or Leon S Kennedy, Laharl from disgaea would make a awes...

Im hoping “what could come next” after DmC is a direct apology to the core fanbase for all the insults and crap they've put us through, some information on Devil may cry 5 and a possible release date.

yeah I agree, Capcom are completely missing the point as to why the franchise had so much appeal in the 1st place, OK granted there has always been the bio-weapons as well, but BUT! Zombies where creepy, because you knew that they where once human too, but have become nothing more than mindless slow moving killing machines intent on giving you a rather nasty hickey.
Hell if I know, I never got into the franchise. I hear a lot of talk about the devs keep on using the same game engine and rehashing the "old tried 'n true formula" with little to no changes or addition to game play, makes me wonder how the franchise can still be so popular, but then if there are still fans who are happy to keep with what they know and like, it must be doing something right.
I don't really care about all that talk, though it would be nice if...
