Yes it does have a single player campaign, just don't squad up for co op and don't go to dark zones, the game can be complete solo campaign. I swear people need to stop assuming when they know nothing..
No it's not, solo players can still thrive in dark zones, even my 12 year old lad was doing it. Yeah you can get killed but that can happen even as a squad. The dark zones are very soloable..

You know the whole point of the dark zone is to actually go in and work as a team, I see no actual real incentive to go rogue and the more you go rogue the more loot you will get taken off you once your killed. It's actually better to stay out of rogue, going rogue just gets you a pretty damn notorious name what everyone learns and just shoots on sight eventually you won't never be able to move around in a dz if you keep being an ass to players..
