world of tanks has never been pay to win. You can have the best tank in the game and still be one hitted . The fact there are different tiered tanks and you can never fight anyone more than one tier below or more than one tier higher than your own tank tells you it is not pay to win either.
With world of tanks just because they add these packs, there is way to much else that comes in to play in the way of game mechanics to even put a pay2win title next to the game.

You haven't a clue what your talking about. Do you know what broken games are, means you can not play it for crap. Have you even played the division as of late since patch 1.5 they have put rite so much, added so much new stuff, the game is absolutely smashing to play now. I liked 1st game, it was aa very good first try at open world other than creed games.
If a game is unplayable that means broken, if it has a few glitches, bugs and needs patching does not make it broken.
How many games do we know that come out now that don't need a patch, there are not any in todays gaming.
I'd say Xmas is upon us and alot of people have Xmas pressure to buy there family's, the game will pick up overtime at this time of the year launch sales will be lower than at any other time of the year. I plan on getting it after Xmas.
Don't forget there are also a good many other reasons, alot will get it for Xmas also.

it's not just survival mode which is ace. I actually enjoy the open world more now, me and my mate have geared up to max gear score in no time, the fact high ends are dropping out there in co op world is just what the division needed. The much needed addition to world tiers is what the division needed and recently t5 got introduced.

sf5 shouldn't of been exclusive to the ps, it's a well known brand you need to develop for all devices. they do have Street fighter v tekken at least coming out on consoles and won't be exclusive, but that is ages away but bet it sells better than sf5.
