Not everyone has a high end pc, and those Xbox games can only be played through windows 10 brand. Alot prefer the controller over mouse and keyboard. Xbox one is cheaper than a higher end pc by miles. Xbox one is as good as a mid range pc but if you have high end then you obviously made that choice to spend thousands on a good pc.
Even high end pc can have trouble playing upto date new games, while console won't suffer nearly as many errors because of optimization.
