While exclusive for Sony means that it comes to PlayStation, exclusive for ms now means it will come to Windows 10 brand, don't know why people need to throw hissy fits and behave all bitchy because there's a slight difference now. In fact I applaud a console dev that is willing to change the landscape on what exclusive is, having multiple devices reaching as many as possible with the ability to play a console devs branded games, that is the way forward.

Publishers and developers of tripple A games generate enough money from game sales and season passes. Plus now a season pass no longer means you get all content created, so they have took season as the word means and created the season pass for a season. Then pubs/devs went extra and started even making micros with extra dlc content that was kept seperate from season passes, not to mention costumes/skins as well.

Best single player experience would be PlayStation, but by far the best multiplayer experience goes to Xbox.
Best updates to a console goes to xbox along with best structure.
What I'd rather own an X personally, it's the best quality at a cheaper option than a pc you would easy be spending over a grand n half for a top notch high end pc..
Your number 3 is flawed, wonder why since it has same market place as Xbox one and still has a massive games market. Sure not as many exclusives as PlayStation but they are there and why you couldnt say the same or just as much with an Xbox console.

Depends on people's taste, not everyone out there is bothered about exclusives just like not everyone is bothered about power or frame rate.
I would say this though, that this gen the Sony fanboys especially on this site have been very good at making power and exclusives a factor and the only reason power factor stopped was because of Scorpio got announced.
