The hell? Kids already do studying at school, why should they be forced to do 2-4x the amount at home in order to get some gaming time? Parents should get them to do homework before gaming (mine didn't and I developed the bad habit of always leaving it to the last minute...) and maybe even recommend the occasional good book but what you're saying is seriously over the top. 30-60 hours of studying for one playthrough of inFamous...?

I absolutely loved MGS2 and it's one of my favourite games in existence. It would be too awesome if this new project was an extended remake (additional gameplay & cutscenes for both Snake and Raiden, new items) with MGS4 graphics, a new spinoff story as you use Raiden leading up to him ending up in his exo-skeleton, another connected story giving you control of cyborg-Raiden in new mission(s) and a huge set of VR Missions spread over many different playable characters.

Seriously guys, almost every game NIS makes is guaranteed quality with incredible replay value (Disgaea 1-3, Prinny: CIRBTH, Cross Edge, Makai Kingdom, etc.). Don't diss a company when you can't even spell the name of their most popular games.

Metal Gear Online, Resident Evil 5, Street Fighter IV (ANY online fighting game), Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 and I'm fairly sure there was a female character model in Unreal Tournament 3 (if not you could just find a mod). Never bothered with GTAIV online, but you may have been able to.
From what I've heard, other than it's 'not exactly great' story, characters, etc. it's got an addicting battle system that's really fun to play.
Whether this is legit or not, that SO4 is coming to PS3 is pretty obvious. Microsoft would never miss the opportunity to stick a 'Only on 360' label on one of their games unless they weren't allowed. As SO4's clearly not coming to Wii and it's not coming to PC as RPGs rarely do well there, the PS3 is the only possibility to consider.

Wow, that comment was stupid. DC fans obviously did support the DC back when it was out. It's everyone else that didn't. People are hardly going to say: "The Dreamcast was such an awesome console, was way ahead of it's time and had amazing games." if they didn't actually have the console when it was out. How could they better support it? Buy two Dreamcasts or sets of games? Three?
I hope they take Jak and Daxter back to it's roots. If not in the next game, then perhaps in the inevitable PS3 sequel. The first game was a kick-ass platformer and Sony & Naughty Dog could probably make the series equal to Mario if they tried hard enough - in quality / fun; reaching mario's popularity / sales would be near-impossible, sadly.
That's kinda harsh considering there's only one JRPG of the century every hundred years. KH2 has a really fun 'action-based concept' for battle.

That argument can be made for most RPGs. Typical strategy in one rarely goes beyond 'use ice elemental magic to beat this boss; heal regularly, maybe use buffs'. FF isn't often more complex than, say, a Tales of game.

All three games have received the same 'concentration'. FFXIII is coming out sooner and thus got a demo. It's in no way a bigger game than Versus and Agito is going to be just as large-scale as any of their other portable games, likely bigger than Crisis Core. And guess what... Crisis Core was a spinoff that just happens to be their best FF RPG sin...

There's many games in the Shin Megami Tensei series. Persona 3 and 4 are quite different from the rest. You stopped playing the PS2? As in you still have it? Then just pick up the games and you won't regret it.
That's what I thought... seeing as it showed a skeleton with Altair's pointy stealth kill weapon, it kinda seems to suggest you may get some weird wings... not sure whether that could actually work or not.

Eternal Sonata and Folklore are both very good RPGs on the console. Valkyria Chronicles and Disgaea 3 are both amazing and no gamer that's ever enjoyed any RPG should miss out on playing them. Also, Cross Edge coming out May 20th.
