There would’ve been probably 10 people buy it on Windows Store so they had to do crossplay to have a sizable userbase.
You can sell to an individual for more than either of those retailers.

Doesn’t really change the fact that most of the world prefers PlayStation and their high quality exclusives. So they will likely continue the lead.

Why does it hurt you that Sony won’t allow it? Xbox fans don’t like PS4 yet they want to play with them? Ironic isn’t it.
Sony has a massive userbase and cross play wouldn’t benefit them like it would Microsoft. Also 95% of the time people buy the console where there friends are anyways.

I’d choose the 60fps option being it effects gameplay more than resolution bump.

Paying $500 just to play slightly better looking 3rd party games seems a bit crazy considering you can buy a PS4 Pro and still play the same 3rd party games plus a slew of great exclusives and many more to come for $100 to $150 cheaper.

Lionhead Studios was shut down
Scalebound was canceled.
Xbox exclusives are gone.
Launching a $500 console with nothing to define it.
Xbox is as good as dead at this point.

You telling me people are going to spend $500 on a Xbox One X just to play two 3rd party games? That’s crazy considering they can get them on PS4 Pro for $399 possibly $350 this holiday.
PS4 has the largest userbase, best lineup, and real exclusives all for $100 to $150 cheaper. I think I know what console most people will be choosing.
