And not all Xbox exclusives are going to be on Windows 10. I think its safe to say that Halo and other competitive games won't be on Windows 10. Phil said he feels like CO-op focused games are best for cross-platform multiplayer.
I don't think any self-respecting developer will put a competitive shooter on Xbox Live for PC with Cross-platform play. That's just insane.
