He does say that consumers have not understood its value, but he recons that it is nintendo's fault so he says that nintendo "would like to work thoroughly for its penetration".
Just my view of things
Why are people bashing this? New stuff is always good even though you won't use it. There will be allways someone that will have a great time with this and that's what really matters.
I won't pay more than 350 bucks for ANY console, mainly because you need games to play on it and unfortunately I can't see ps4/nextbox games cost less than 80 dollars

That's what pedroyamoto is trying to say. EA made awful ports for wii u and even them knew that those were awful, so they said the wiiu was nextgen to make them sell them on the system. Now that they hadn't the sales they were expecting they rate the next consoles as next gen so that they can sell there.
I will wait until I see them really caring about nintendo, all that talk on E3 was garbagge
It just needs games. I remember after the last nintendo direct I had 3 friends saying that wii u went right into their wish list. This coming from guys not that interested on it by its launch
