as far as i remember the only difference of international from the original version is some added bosses i forgot there name but they have WEAPON on their name and arrow ingame pointing where to go and a sequence of Zack getting killed it is also on crisis core and a 4th disc
im glad i have the original copy and my PS3 is Backward Compatible :) because its way damn over Price 1500yen and for the people that ask if it has English text no its full Japanese. and if you already played FF7 before playing this version will be not that hard even you cant read Japanese
International is Full Japanese except the New game and Load option at the start :)) got the original copy *_*
