They didn't forget this game, Rockstar Vancouver is currently working on Max Payne 3. They developed this game so I think after they finish working on Max Payne 3 they will announced Bully 2.

I doubt GTA will be announced at the E3. Don't get me wrong but Rockstar can announce that iP without E3 or any other major Expo.
These movies (for US PSN) are old, Hitch, Click, and some other witch movie.
Developers are scared from reviewers. If inFamous got a low score it will impact its sales.
