fall of man was an instant classic and lets face it, its the first game most of us played on the ps3 which adds a bit of nostalgia to the process. R2 was fun but it was just another game that wont live too long in the memory.
im sure soon there will be something where you can just put all of that stuff on a usb stick and go from there but as long as its still only software sony will just keep cock blocking the pirates with updates.
im suprised there arent more music software programs like logic pro or ableton live on the ps3. it would be a dream come true with the power on the ps3 they would probably run a lot smoother than my crappy laptop. im sure they could make some money on selling peripherals for that kind of stuff.
lets not forget DRM on new ps3 titles, you might not go online but atleast the drm on the discs could prevent playing of a hardrive.

ff8 the most under-rated final fantasy. i dont understand whats so bad about it. the main reason is the junction system where you have to spend a fair amount of time building up your magic but the thing is after disc 2 you dont need to do it anymore you just use your gf abilities to make magic.
and you never need to use magic ANYWAY! all you have to do is to use limit breaks.
