I agree that Gears 3 is a great game, fantastic even, but to say it had good pacing or story? I dont think so. Stop. Cover. Shoot. Cutscene. Rinse and repeat.
Dont get me wrong, almost 90% of all games are guilty of this, but I wouldnt deduct or give any points to either U3 or Gears 3 for utilizing it.
Gears 2 was trash, Gears 1 and 3 are great games.
Maybe people were complaining about it being "too hard" or simply not getting it.
I, personally, loved it. Thought it was one of the finest action games I've ever played. But people obviously overlooked it to buy the CoDs and Halo's and any other established name, based on brand recognition alone.
Just look at the sales numbers for 2, of my top 3 games this year so far, Sleeping Dogs and Darksiders 2. For shame :(

No, the PS3 has been the only console to come with enough storage built in. The lowest ever offered was a 20 GB model at launch. Even the 360 launched with a flash less, HDD less console.
On topic, how am I supposed to fit any VC or WiiWare or Eshop games on 8gb? :/

Way wrong. Full install was added to Xbox through a patch. It don't come out the box stock. And even though on paper the DVD drives have faster read speeds, the Bluray drives use different technology so essentially 4X on Bluray can be 24X on DVD. And maybe installs on PS3 do take a while but every single machine manufactured can do them and not be left out. The Xbox SKUs have divided users. Mobile technology may be on par or even more advanced than the Vita but the quality of games, hardcore or not, can almost never match up. Yes, my iPhone has 20 gigs of games on it (downloading TWEWY now!!!) but I will take a game like Sound Shapes or even Escape Plan (the latter of which can be easily ported as a touch game on android and iOS) over minimally designed games made for the casual market.
