ARPG have came a long way, for a long time what JRPG did was industry standards, but you can slowly see a shift in the industry today. I don't think JPRGs are dying but a little change won't hurt. Long as developer update their ARPG/JRPG won't die anytime soon.
Also long some companies stop trying to sneak drms into the games I highly doubt it die...DRM not only affect RPGs but also other genres as well, wish there was an alternative to fighting pirates
Compare to the ps3 exclusive, some to most of these are disappointing. Some are just rumors meaning there is any promise is going to be made, some release is within months away and little info has been put out, which possible could mean delays sadly. Some are not even sure they are coming out... : (, Some I didn't even knew exist so I highly doubt I will buy them

Pay to play shooters aren't in my future, only thing I plan to for in the future is college,car,house,food and etc(excluding video games that p2p).

Got a 360 and I could care less which version is better, long as the game is deliver with all 3 platforms(Pc,360,ps3) being happy and not like COD:BO where connection problems mainly exist on the ps3/pc when it first came out(360 seem to have this very same problem just less noticeable).
Also I was given the chance to play to a few fps on the ps3(cousin's console), I really cant tell the difference controller-wise, just hand position and controller weight.
Wait don't the 3ds come out on the same day or same week lol

I think they did it with shadowrun, pc vs 360 players, too bad the company went bankrupt and the game didn't sell that much.
I do like how crytek is responding too problems with each version of crysis2. They took the ps3 version down bc of connection delays. Hopefully it can be fix, think the 360 version had the same problem also. Its good to see they(crytek) aren't following the same path as Treyarch and just leave the connection problems there only to be fix mont...

Personally I could careless which one look better long as the gameplay is solid..is it me of do the ps3 guy seem more like a camper lol, Stealth is more camp-material than Ghost(Pro also).

I think Nintendo need to be less strict on software developers, Nintendo are more strict than Apple WHEN it comes to indie games.
Apple(from ipad/itouch/and now mac via store) get some to most of $$$ from indie developers/software developers.
Not only that its also because some to most apps can inexpensive. Nintendo seem to think offer higher price tags on some games/apps.

Ppl buy the next iphone,ipad,ipod-touch in spite that basically does the same thing that previous one did or in spite apple treatment, So I highly doubt ppl won't next cod bc of blackops. MW2 was hacked badly when Black ops came out and ppl still brought black ops, waw had glitches if i remember lol elevator glitches.... Regardless of what one version have/had it won't stop ppl from buying the next version.
