I believe it's Tegra base. Probably the same architecture in the shield (streaming device not tablet or that controller thing) but a little stronger. If thats the case then it won't be as strong as the X1 or Ps4.
Sadly I will have to disagree. It uses Tegra architecture, Parker base I believe. Hardware wise it will be behind the Ps4 and X1. It seems Nintendo trying to appease to mobile demographic and console users. A two front war that will lose sadly. Carrying a tablet around seems cool but eventually it becomes a hindrance.

You have to admit Battlefront had huge amount of potential but EA/DiCe drop the ball. They end up make one of the worst entries to the Battlefront series.
Yeah I don't think Konami can rebuild/repair their reputation. Maybe if they listen to their fan base/customers and stop investing $$$ into crappy mobile games and gambling machines but the brouhaha with Kojima permanently damage their reputation.
Regardless of console of choice I believe this holiday season will make a lot of gamers happy.

Yay $50 PS+ just the other day I saw XBL for $37. What sickening retailers and stores stock up on these PS+ cards when they were being sold lower than $50. Only to present it to people as if they are getting a deal.
I wish I never chicken out on that ebay deal I saw back in August 2 years of PS+ for $70, damn :(
I'm pretty sure Sony already got the money from Amazon to sell the subscription cards,credits, games and etc.
If Amazon wants to sell them for less then that's up to them.
I know certain product can't be sold less for certain amount but these items never get discounted unless its older model or with the OEM's permission.
When its discounted to $35-40 then I'm going drop some $$$

Well Monster Hunters series , GTA series and God of war series help sell a lot of units for the PSP.
Because some people in gaming communities ,like N4G ,like pitted two( or more) games, devices or etc against each other. How they like pitted Xbox executives against Sony executives (or vice-versa) and starting a ridiculous console match-off every time one or the other mention something about their product or their competitor's product.
The switch will be the strongest Nintendo device to date but the weakest this gen. Regardless of hardware if it don't have third party support it will suffer the same fate as the WiiU.
