I seen some people buy their way to the top and still get their butt kicks. You can throw all the money you want to in a game but if you have to little no skill that +10 sword, that gun or super strong character won't help you.

The article didn't even bash his knowledge of PC gaming or Valve instead it explain PC gaming and services like Steam performed&used in Japan.

Tera just went F2P a few days I'm sure that lured away a few players. Its probably only a matter of time before Rift goes f2p.
I doubt WoW will die anytime soon. I would give it another 5-10yrs+ unless Blizzard release...
