For me, I love open world and yes I to thought of Borderlands right off the bat. Only this not the cartoonish graphics. So in other words, this is borderlands in Next Gen graphics and updates.

Oh, the US is the largest consumer on the planet in the industry. This is why every launch stars here. Read the story about how Sony held back on releasing all it's consoles at their first launch. So that families could get one for the holidays Christmas time. Hence why they are being resold here now by re-sellers for double the retail price for those who want one now. Either way, it's all good for Sony this year and rightfully so. I love mine...

Yes I have for sure. But I played this game for a bit at PAX in Sept. It's not that it was unfinished at the time. Since people seem to use/say that often. It was the gameplay. Just didn't seem so "Next Gen".

I was so turned out from GTAIV main game I never tried the online.
On GTAV it was much better since the game went back to it's roots more. Almost level 80 on the online. But I'm over here on the PS4 now. Will go back from time to time and mess around. Still go friends playing on it I see daily on my friends list.
