I highly doubt that with the current bandwith of majority of internet connections nowaday; the cloud will be able to improve graphics noticeably. Not everyone has fiber optic (or cable) connections. Microsoft is BSing peeps with this type of claim
I dislike sega since the 32 bit age of gaming and will not buy any of their products other than 16 bit game packs. I liked atlus since 1995 and I'm afraid Sega might ruin that company as well.
