The problem with Xbox is has it always has been the exclusives, it's hard to justify buying the new system when there no unique games to play compared to its competitor, maybe in year or two but right now it's just an Xbox one with more power.

You can't take out the 825GB SSD from PS5 it's integrated on the main board, what you can do however is install an SSD on SSD expansion slot sony provided.

Playstation Now doesn't need to rival Xbox Game Pass, exclusives on playstation sell really well and Sony would be losing money by making there exclusives available day 1 on PSNow.
Microsoft either releases their games with microtrasactions to compensate for any losses with game pass or they launch them in a early access state like Sea of Thieves or Grounded.
To be honest the gaming business needs more than money, look at microsoft for example not saying they never made a good game but they have a hard time delivering good content on Xbox unlike Sony and Nintendo that have been doing it for years, it takes people with great experience and passion for gaming in order to succeed.

Sony values console sales over game sales and the PS5 needs to sell, you won't see anymore exclusives from sony for the PS4 i believe.
I would buy it, if it had any good first party games coming this year, Playstation has been really weak this last 2 years with their first party titles.
