KI was never marketed as a full game, and it's a free-to-play game. SF has a long history on console with full modes, and it's $60.
It would have been far better if MS spent Kinect money on the Xbox One hardware (better CPU/GPU). Kinect almost killed Xbox One.

PC and console don't compete. Also, there is a good reason "to be upset" about the game being designed for PC. It's not dedicated to the Xbox One, and therefore will not take full advantage of the hardware.
Microsoft was following Nintendo with Don Mattrick, but they abandoned that strategy by replacing him with Phil Spencer. The biggest problem with MS is they try to imitate the competition. They are not a feminine cutsey toy company (like Apple or Nintendo). MS is a masculine company that makes powerful machines for adults.
PC and consoles are two distinct markets. They do not compete against each other. This will have zero effect on Xbox One.

DarkOcelet, The graphics options can be many things. For PC games, you can toggle ten or twenty settings to improve frame rate. But, that will reduce the quality in other ways. For example, you can turn shadows off, or reduce the draw distance, reduce the texture quality, etc. In Bioshock for Xbox 360, there was a setting that "unlocked" the framerate, but the screen would tear a little bit (due to lack of Vsync).

Awesome. They deserve that and much more. It is my personal favorite RPG ever. As much as I loved Mass Effect and Elder Scrolls games, Dragon's Dogma is a better game.
I played this game and beat it once. I'm done with it and have no interest in DLC. If you've played TR 2013, this is identical, but with a bad plot.
This game was very ambitious. Reviewers hated it, but I liked it. The mechanics were poor, but the open world setting was awesome.
Blade & Soul has some great ones. (Just released in US/EU too!)
