Next year it the 20th anniversary of ffv And 2014 20th anniversary of ffvi .
Both of v and vi remake confirmed by wada and they try it for DS but they face a lot issues so they are waiting 3DS. That was back in 2010 so I'am sure they started develop the remake of FFV at least.

I fought him than 15 times just by hp of lighting didn't effect a lot from ultimate ruins I could deafeat him why that because I was too close from the enemy ( randomly) and his ultimate ruin didn't...

Yes luck it what battle system it about because the characters moving randomly and u may avoid a huge affect attack and may not , depend in ur luck how and where is computer is moving.
They happy because of battle not show up randomly but they forget about moving , just why don't we controling the character moving.

U can mention psp remastered games , infamous2 , wkc2 , batman arkham city and The last guardian .
No more afraid from ports.
U now will get cross platforms (ps3) , psp games , ps1 games , mybe ps2 games , some of psn games and NGP Itself have it games.
Also there huge posibitly for a tv cable support 576p.( that will be useful for some games such as ff games)

Globally type-0 first game use 2 UMD . But in japan type-0 second game.
no psp wasn't bad at all
the proof a lot of games we did play it in psp and complete it but we love to see it again in ps3 in HD res and play it again.
like Crisis Core , Birth By Sleep , Dissidia , GOW psp titles etc.
