They didn't say anything when Kinect support got pullled. Launch XB1 owners had to buy a device they might not have wanted, and currently gets no support.
You can name a bunch optional features. Or things that was going to be there before production. Kinect wasn't one of them. *crickets*
Obviously that's not everything, but it's a huge thing considering people HAD to pay, and not a peep was heard.
