And they aren’t making you. It’s a choice it’s not mandatory. You still use gamepass to download games and play they are just offering a service to stream if you wish. Keep up

Agreed I tried it and while it worked really well the games lineup isn’t exciting and 90% of the promised features which are what made it look interesting in the first place still have no eta on being added. Luckily i only used the free trial.

You underestimate the sheer amount of sales flight sim games get. I’m sure they were at 22 million before the last few iterations came out. Plus they sell a ton of addons on steam for the last one.
This game isn’t aimed at normal gamers or console gamers. This is the cream of the crop in simulator games that has its own dedicated fanbase

It’s not all cross gen on Xbox. There are multiple games that are announced that are next gen only. Hellblade 2, the medium etc but they are not working on making a selection of their 1st party next gen (prob until unreal engine 5 gathers steam)
One of the games I didn’t finish but really enjoyed when I had a PS4. Glad I can pick it up with all the dlc too and finish it properly on PC! It’s a great game
@bouzebbal you clearly haven’t played any x1x enhanced games then. There are over 100 that run and look amazing on x1x. Red dead redemption 2 is a prime example of that. Lots take advantage of improved graphics/draw distances/resolutions and even slight load times. I bet you don’t even have a x1x or you would see the night and day difference to the standard Xbox one.

This! I’m not talking dollars it’s the equivalent of $75. It’s not a deluxe standard game digital is £60 GBP and all you get are two ugly skins. I have no complaints with a $60/£50 new game but the random £10/$15 increase on this is literal greed
So because it’s a new game it should cost $75?? Because it’s digital it should be £10 more than the physical copy will be? I don’t mind full price games, but the standard digital new game is £50 not £60. Just activision being greedy

I was once told that the prices are high for digital due to an agreement with retailers. Basically saying please stock our consoles and we won’t undercut you for software sales digitally. Could be wrong but makes a lot of sense when you see how much cheaper games are digitally on pc.
You will get an XSX version of a Xbox one game IF they actually make a XSX version. If they don’t make a next gen version/upgrade you can play the Xbox one version as BC.
It’s a great idea but will probably only be relevant for the first year or two of the console (unless they also keep it for the next Xbox after XSX etc)
