I played it for around 6 hours a day and it still took me 2 weeks to beat. Top 3 in my all time games list.

I have the new3DSLL, I don't use 3D myself but I tried it out and the viewing angles have greatly improved. My launch 3ds has a tiny sweet spot, while this one has basically any angle you would hold your 3ds while playing covered.
Persona5, MGSV, Bravely Second, MM(although it is a remake i have never played it), Witcher 3, Uncharted 4, Bloodborne(kind of a sequel) are a few i am looking forward to this year. probably a few more that i am forgetting about.
I can see sites like IGN(orant) giving this a low score for the sole purpose of creating as much traffic as possible. (i could see a 7 on IGN being enough to get 20,000 comments) I havent been on that site since the new gen came around because it seemed like everything they posted was posted to start a console war in the comments.
I think this game looks amazing. Everything about it looks awesome. Linear story? So what, Pretty sure uncharted has that as well, and uncharted is my allt...
I beat the elite four in Pokemon X with just Xerxes, because that mofo is OP.
it is very fast now. My launch 3ds took about 30 seconds or so to turn on, my New3DSLL takes 10 seconds. I can turn it on and start a game up faster than my Vita(which I previously thought couldnt be beaten) to turn on. The only downside to the New3DS is it has the same screen resolution. It would have been nice with the upgraded specs to get a little nicer Top screen(the bottom screen doesnt need an upgrade IMO)
And 1,000 in 1 week is miserably failing. Even the 360 sold better than that. And I really doubt it will help that much. Barely selling 50,000 consoles in an entire year in a country with the population (and love for games) like Japan is horrible. Spin it all you want. Xbone is finished in Japan before it even started.
