It could be some sort of test or maybe the U.S. sent all their Arcade consoles up to Canada to clear them out for another cheap model of the Xbox 360. Maybe one with a 2 gig flash memory on it since memory chips are so cheap these days.
It's odd it is also listed as *$129.99* on Xbox Canada's website, so it's some sort of corporate price drop.

They need to show of more of R.U.S.E, judging from all the "trailers", it seems like vaporware. They need to release more info/screenshots/videos with actual gameplay or it just looks made up.
It's also on the PC, but I don't see any fanboys out though.
They are too busy fixing the game to update the official website :)
