As compelling as studies are to show no strong correlation between video games and violent behavior, I feel the media will always seem to cling to it for a violent events. Either that or what ever flavor of the month they decide to pick for a negative event. It takes just one faulty "scientific study" to ruin things. Hell, some people still think vaccines cause autism. Thank you very much faulty data and media. -.-
VII works way better on 3DS, VIII is nearly a decade old. The games may have come to the US in some way shape or form, but certainly not for a new audience. Not capitalizing on the userbase of the 3DS would be a poor decision.
Let's hope all Dragon Quest titles get released in the West!
