When playing the demo i've noticed some sort of ghosting effect when you look up and down with the analog stick when staring at a wall for instance. I thought it was my new 1080p tv. When tested it on my 360 at the same spot I had no ghosting effect.
I'm downloading the demo again to try and force it to play on 720P. Maybe the PS3 doesn't handle upscaling well?
