I don't mind if it's actually a separate story and not a glorified demo. And agreed with GWAVE, there is a fine line between a quality standalone DLC piece and getting charged for the beginning and end of a game. I once hated DLC, but releases such as Undead Nightmare and Lair of the Shadow Broker have given me faith in the idea as they are both quality experiences that stand alone from the main game. Maybe I'm the only one, but I thought Black Ops had a pretty solid story for a CoD game. MW2's on the other hand was an incoherent mess. Couldn't stand it.
I'm just going to say that reading these comments made me extremely happy. 90% of comment threads on here are normally 360 or PS3 fanboys ganging up on the other, but here everyone is putting the trollers in their rightful place.

Like everyone else has said, the obvious choice is a COG. While Marcus or the Cole Train would be pretty solid fits, I think that we can all agree that The King from BK's Sneak King is really the best choice...
Retailer exclusives are a shame. Especially with something as important to the MK series as fatalities. Costumes? Sure, give those away as exclusives. But for goodness sake, give the fatalities to everyone.

Game of the year? Perhaps not, but I am extremely happy, as many of you have stated, that it is getting some recognition. It had the unfortunate fate of being released with RDR, so many people didn't give it a shot. I'm not saying everyone will love it like I do, but I do think everyone can at least get something (whether it be enjoying the unique mood, good story, or something else)out of it. If you haven't tried it, I think it's at least worth a rent.

Is it perfect? Of course not, but I do think that the biggest step in the right direction was something most people don't think about: kills from killstreak rewards not adding to your killstreak. I think that made it a lot more difficult to get the high rewards (which is how it should be). My personal biggest complaint however is care packages. I don't think that you should be able to get high level rewards such as dogs and chopper gunners unless you earn them. Otherwise it takes...

I'm not a huge Uncharted fan, but I must say the graphics in that trailer look pretty bad ass. Definitely have to give it a try.
Personally I'm pretty excited for Mass Effect 3. I only own a 360 and am loving it, and I think I'm the only 360 fan to be genuinely happy that all of the PS3 owners get to enjoy the series too. Hurray for all gamers.

It depends on what is important to you. Personally, I thought the killstreak rewards were just way too crazy. I find the ones in Black Ops (sans the remote control car) to be much more fair (love the fact that kills from killstreak rewards don't add to your streak). So for me, personally, I love black ops. And I enjoyed the campaign more than any of the other CODs.
But those are completely my opinion, and I have no beef with anyone that feels otherwise.
I'm really tired of things passing as acceptable just because they have a question mark at the end. That doesn't make it ok.
