I personally didn't know the kinect require 10% of the power. Someone at MS didn't do their research when it comes too gaming. Whomever was in charge with the development of the XB1, because it seems like whomever was in charge of development made an big boo-boo.
I'm sure after the research the put into Kinect and now its no longer "needed", I'm sure someone is very pissed off. I think if they had this 10% of power at the beginning of this-gen things...
