I'll get hated on for this but i was so excited for Uncharted 4 before it came out, and the game itself bored the shit out of me and basically killed the series for me. It was hard for me to finish the game and I vowed I'd never play it again. So having said all that even though no-one asked and me talking a big game, if the free game was The Lost Legacy I'd play it lol
I recommend the Castlevania SotN 'quality hack' for your next playthrough. Removes the black bars at the top and bottom of the screen and makes the presentation much nicer
Put that $3 towards a PSP and play this classic perfectly and portably with real buttons!
Thanks for this info! Recently I found an old advent children dvd and thought id give it a watch. Was enjoyable enough but looked like ass. Seriously like ps3 quality-level NPCs walking around and terrible frame rate. To be fair the dvd box did say it was MPEG-2 quality so chalked it up to this... But yeah i swear i remembered it looking better so this makes me feel not crazy

Genesis/MD on it's own was a beast really. Came out sooner and on it's own was more powerful, even without Mode7 (which the MD can actually do similar effects anyway; YouTube "G-Zero").
Of course the SNES pushed ahead graphically with way more colours on screen and the various assistance chips.
Whilst the Super-FX is famous, the SVP used in Virtua Racing was much more impressive.

One of the Mm guys' accounts on Dreams has an almost 1:1 remake of a ZX Spectrum game 'monty on the run' and a REALLY accurate Pacman arcade clone. I theorise Dreams will be able to make 1:0.99 recreations of almost any 8 bit game and possibly 16 bit game. Funnily enough though, I also posit that 3D PS1 games would actually be easier to recreate on Dreams than 2D games.

I don't really care about the 'n4g touting piracy' thing per se - but I dont know if i have ever seen a hacking ps4 article. Granted this is emulation (which I am 100% supportive of) but as far as I'm aware - if you have a legal "backup" of this game right now then it means you do own: 1. A hacked switch and 2. The game ... In which case why would you bother with the emulator.

I see alot of comments about Warhawk and rightfully so... This comment is a PSA for an android/pc app called 'warhawk reborn' .... On Android, as long as you are connected to same wifi network, open the app and on ps3 warhawk go to 'local game' and youll see the servers. Had a 30 person match the other night - warhawk is back baby!! (Does not even require up to date firmware or psn as it is using/tricking the game's LAN multiplayer ... Genius!)

I have never once complained about ps+ free games, but this is bloody terrible month. Especially considering we aren't getting the ps3 and vita stuff on top anymore... At least I am enjoying Dreams alot so there are my "free" games' i guess

Nier replicant was Japan's version where you're the brother of a central character, nier ps3 and nier gestalt on 360 are the same game and you're the father not brother... I remember reading they thought westerners would connect more with the father-daughter dynamic, but whatever
