Although I was always on the "3D is unnecessary" bandwagon (even whilst owning a 3D tv) I have to admit, after playing or watching something in 3D, 2D is so underwhelming.
Don't believe me? Watch the Avengers 3D then 2D and tell me which was more engrossing

its a shame they spent all the time creating the character models, movements and and locations to make THIS - when at that point they had done alot of the groundwork to make a decent game.
