Yes, there definititaly was a cut back in certain enemies and weapons from the past. However thats not to say that R3 didnt have a great array of firepower and enemies because this was my personal favorite selection of both!

This game is truly reinventing the survival horror genre and after this review I can't imagine a more fast paced creepy and intense experience
I couldn't Disagree more with the individuals stating that M2 is GOW2 in space obviously with statements such as that it is clear that those individuals have not yet played either game or have only played one or the other. Gears of War and Mass Effect are two completely different type of experiences and though both enjoyable and thrilling Mass Effect 2 offers something that few games this generation and last have ever offered, and that is a truly masterful EPIC!

I can definitively state that both 2011 and 2012 are the biggest years for gaming in this generation. With a list of well over 20 Triple AAA titles between 2011 and 2012 plus all the AA's and the introduction of next next Gen handhelds and 1 NNG. console the WiiU there is no doubt that this is the greatest time to be a gamer!
