I don't care for either hd format atm, I really think they came out with a necessity but with the wrong marketing plan. Its great that we have the option of watching movies in hd, but whoopie, most of the world doesn't own an hd tv yet.
This is a necessity for next-gen games though b/c they'll hopefully require so much more space. That's how they should be utilized and not this hd home movie crap. Too much hype everywhere for something that will fail.

Sony's optimistic (whats new?) but no one else is. I really hope this turns out like the 360 release b/c I'm tired of reading how Sony is king, they have weaknesses like everyone else. I think I'll wait till next year for the ps3, maybe walk into a store on Oct. 30th and buy a Wii.

Ugh, I hope they wouldn't drastically change what they transform into. I'm thinking of keeping Megatron a firearm, but just a different shaped huge kind of weapon, like a canon of some sort that a deceptacon would hold over his shoulder. And, if they are planning on using G1 transformers, it would be cool to make it a mature rated movie, since most of us are getting pretty old now heh. If this does turn out to be a kids flick I'll be sorely disappointed as well.

I'm assuming that both these videos are of the same quality. I did see a difference in color, but it's already been pointed out before looking at some Gundam video comparison made months ago. Fast forward the vid to 1:50, he starts with the 360 than switches to the ps3, you see the cliff wall's behind him immediately stand out, then when they switch back to the 360 it becomes more earthy again. I'm more interested in finding out if I have the plastic film between my heatsink and cpu, but still no overheats here. Sadly, I won't find out if it will overheat for sure until I find a game I can't put down.

I'm not referring to the story, in that respect it wouldn't make sense. Upgrading graphics and AI helps, but not enough so that I wouldn't feel like I'm playing the same game all over again. I'm talking about creating new and unique ways to play the game, make it something special. I've got some ideas on how to do it, I'll let you know when I release it :).
Wtf could you do in 15min in any game? These guys are retards. With the games this site provides you're either getting sucked into the game by 15min or you've quit and looking for a different game to get sucked into.
