PC BEGGING RACE
Like always, Rockstar will release the game first on consoles and a year later on PC, but since RDR never was on PC they might not even go for it. Most people would pirate the game anyway. It just depends if they have a huge MP portion of the game.
So one are official numbers and one are rumors? Plus Uncharted numbers are digital, bundle and retail. While Gears are just retail. How can you compare those? Gears 4 is mainly a MP game, which get bought more digital now anyway.
If 617k are for the 100$ version of the game, it is a huge hit. Just imagine all the standard edition buyers at 60$.
But I guess talking the truth isnt welcome here.

First Week Sales of Gears of War 4 are for the 100$ ultimate Edition and for that, it sold REALLY well compared to double the installbase on ps4.
Also he is wrong, since people tend to buy more stuff during the holidays. More money is available and publisher wouldn't do it, if it wasn't profitable. Black Friday sales alone will probably be like first or second week sales of a new launch.
All those people acting like its E3. Just look what got announced the past few years and you know what to expect.

Epsxe or how the Emulator is called, does a really good Job at it. Games look like a remastered if you tweak some settings.

How do you play your Windows 10 Games? via the XBOX app, which basically is like STEAM. And STEAM is a platform. You play on XBOX LIVE, get XBOX Achievements, while being in an XBOX Party Chat and add your friends via XBOX. You need and XBOX Account to play Forza and Gears.

This just shows how different the marketing for tf 1 was. Releasing it in March would have been way better plus the backing of ms behind them would lead into big sales. Instead ea tried to kill cod and think the bigger installbase of the ps4 would bring them enough sales. Now the game sold less with way more consoles out.
