1. Steam merges in some way with the microsoft store and lets you play all your Steam games on the Scorpio with Achievement Support (they already got them on steam)
2. Scorpio will get unannounced AAA games for Launch (come on, give us that new Battletoads and that Killer Instinct vs Mortal Kombat already!!!!)

You can buy Sea of Thieves for 29.99€ right now on Amazon Germany. This could be for the game or just a starter Pack, what most MMO's do. I just hope its not 100% free 2 play, since it would open the door for infinite hackers, botters and cheaters on PC.
The 30$ price tag would be 100% fine.
No way forza wont come out next year. They have Forza Motorsport 7 with more Features, Tracks, Cars, Snow and 4k/60 ready for Scorpio Launch. These devs work their asses off.
As for Sea of Thieves, it probably was one of the biggest games at Gamescom this year. The amount of people waiting to play it was just insane and everybody came out with a smile. 1. Its already happening with Tomb Raider, COD and a few smaller indie devs. I would really like to see more games in the Programm, since im almost 100% Digital and play a lot of PC.
2. This will be the Price, anything above that would be stupid and MS knows that.

its a great deal and for 3$, you can play a lot of games in one month. the yearly sub is half as cheap as a new game, which just is a killer deal with games like Star Wars Battlefront, PVZ:GW2, NFS, Mirrors Edge and a lot more in it.
since all of those games will have a great MP, I don't think so. Its not like I can rent them and beat em each in a day like your list.
Hope you have fun with those games. Out of your 2017 I will only get Horizon and Ni No Kuni 2. If you like the others, more power to you. But I couldn't care less.
I start the Year battling huge fights vs the brute while sailing with my friends on our own ship and trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. With 3 of them im able to fly huge dragons and fight even bigger monsters and destroy a whole city in a huge online shooter. Topping it off with a lot of smaller games and racing into 2018 with the best of its genre.

sadly king hasn't played it. Since he would know that quantum break isn't supposed to be a cover shooter. You go out and make stuff with your skills. You only use cover to get.... cover. Like in every other shooter. Gears of War is a cover shooter.

I think you speak about 343 and Turn 10, which both are hit machines right now. Both put out the best in its genre and people can't wait to play the next entry of the franchise.
The Coalition is a new Studio that made 1 game. You can't say they are locke to make Gears 5,6,7,8 because we know other Gears games in different Genres are coming. They could also work on the game they shelved to make Gears 4 right now with a second team. We just don't know that.
Why is everyone saying they have to buy remedy? They are not really talented at all. They need way to long to come out with an okay game. I loved Alan Wake, but the time they spent making it should have made a even better game.
If they buy them, they would lose what they can make good. I would rather have them buy actually talented devs. Or go in and get Crytech and all the Engine stuff and IP's with it.
