If it was 100% exclusive, Sony would have rubbed it in as they always do. It wasnt at the 2017 exclusive trailer and Sony doesnt own the rights to the franchise. Just look at the end of the trailer, dont you wonder why so much space is between the ps4 and Activision Logo? Switch, steam and Xbox Version incoming. Plus dataminers already found an Option to choose a platform on the official Homepage.

Prefer Racing / Shooter / Mp games, go with Xbox One
Depends what games you prefer. I rarely play on ps4, has nothing to offer mp wise for me. If you choose different, more Power to you. Everyone has a different taste. Just dont act like people have to play console _____ just so you feel better.
I just don't get the limited run for PS1 Limited Editions. Just make a freaking official one like they did already, put even more effort into in and make it the new holiday bundle. Best thing? You can pop in all your PS1/2 Discs AND THEY JUST WORK.
